Why Kearsten is our 2021-2022 Annual Values Champion
Kearsten helped assist both Vista St Clair and Summer Creek Apartments with their day-to-day operations when they were without a manager, making sure that our staff felt supported and our properties continued to run smoothly. Thank you for your passion and dedication, Kearsten!

Why Tim is our 2022 Q4 Values Champion
Over the winter holiday weekend, Tim responded to numerous emergency maintenance calls during the storm. He was immediate, attentive and had a great attitude which helped calm residents during a stressful situation. Thank you Tim!
How We Select & Reward Our Values Champions
Employees submit nominations for colleagues they see demonstrating our Values. The Values Committee reviews nominations quarterly and selects a Values Champion. The entire company recognizes that person at its next quarterly Values celebration by awarding a cash prize and etching the Champion’s name on our Values trophy.
Every July, the Values Committee selects an Annual Values Champion from among the four quarterly winners. We present this person with 100,000 points from the company’s credit card and etch their name on the trophy as that year’s Annual Champion.
