Commerce Properties manages two retail centers in Beaverton, Oregon: Apple Way Corner and Apple Way Market. Both centers are located along SW Beaverton-Hillsdale Highway, one of the West Side’s major retail corridors.

Demographics for the trade area are very strong. Customers are drawn from upper-middle-class neighborhoods in the West Hills and close-in, Southwest Portland. Population density is increasing due to in-fill development attracted by the area’s outstanding services and proximity to Downtown Portland. Visibility and access are excellent for both centers.
